All returns must be submitted within 7 working days.
Before returning these items, you must notify us via email or sms for authorization. Email us at info@tokomama.com. Returns without authorization will be refused. Please indicate your contact details, date of purchase and the reason clearly.
All brand new items must be in its original packaging as it is. Unopened, and never played before.
Customers pay shipping cost for all returned merchandises. TokoMama.com is not responsible for items lost when customers ship their items back. Registered mail is recommended.
